Free shipping: Our policies for you

There are some areas where customs duties may apply based on our experience (particularly the Middle East and South America).

After you place your order and make payment, your order will be prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 days.

Please note that the shipping time only starts from the shipping date and not from the order date. Actual delivery time may be longer than expected, especially due to invalid addresses and other unforeseen circumstances.

However, there is a possibility that unforeseen events may result in a minimal delay of 1 to 2 days in shipping.

We want to ensure that all of your delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may contact you to ensure your delivery information is current. This may lead to delays in delivery.

If you do not receive your package within 2 months of shipping, we ask you to create a ticket. One of our employees will contact you within the next 72 hours. Please note that we cannot accept complaints after 3 months from the shipping date.
