Return & Right of Cancellation – Qwox-Shop.com

Simple, fair and transparent – this is how it works:


1. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days upon receipt of the goods to process your order without giving reasons to revoke.

  • Exceptions :

    • Personally customized/individualized items.

    • Hygiene items (e.g. underwear, jewelry) in opened original packaging .

    • Perishable goods or sealed software/sound recordings after opening.
       For details, see “Exclusions” below.


2. How to do it - step by step

  1. Contact us within 14 days:

    • By email to info @ qwox-shop.com 

    • You will immediately receive the return address (please do not return to the sender address on the package!).

  2. Send package :

    • Goods must unused, in original packaging and returned with all tags/labels.

    • Costs : You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective/faulty items.

  3. Refund :

    • As soon as we receive the goods, we will transfer the amount within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.


3. Important information

  • Extended right of exchange : If you are not satisfied, you can selected articles (e.g. clothing, bags) within 20 days exchange – provided the goods are in new condition.

  • Loss of value : We reserve the right to charge a loss of value fee only in the event of improper handling (e.g. tags removed, damage).

  • International Returns :

    • For articles from non-European camps (e.g. China) the return may take longer. We are happy to help you with the process!


4. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The following articles can not be returned:

  • Hygiene-relevant products : bodysuits, lingerie, nightwear, earrings.

  • Individualized goods : made-to-measure, personalized items.

  • Opened seals : software, DVDs, hygiene products.

  • Fresh produce : food, flowers, pet food with a short best-before date.

 Exceptions only apply in case of defects – in this case please contact us directly!


5. FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

“Can I also return goods from China?”
Yes! The origin of the article has no influence on your right of withdrawal. However, please note:

  • Returns outside the EU may incur higher shipping costs.

  • Processing may take longer (15-20 business days).

“What happens if I use the wrong return label?”
Please use only to the address provided by us . Otherwise you risk that the goods will not reach us - in this case we cannot issue a refund.
